The use of ultrasound measurements of the cervix has become an established modality in predicting pre term labours. However, there is some confusion regarding the methodology of cervical length mesurements (when the cervix is not typical in appearance). In addition, different terminologies are used by different practices.
This online survey has been designed to obtain information on how radiologist/sonologist/ MFM’s/COGU’s/sonographers would measure a set number of cervices presented, and to obtain information on terminologies used to describe the cervix from the following images.
The surveyors would be grateful if you could take 10 minutes to complete this survey. We hope that the information from this survey would be useful for all of us involved in imaging.
All responses are collected anonymously. The results of the survey, when published, will be circulated to all participants through their respective colleges.
